When we take on new buildings, we perform an audit, the purpose of this is to:

• Record all the building’s assets and create a register

• Ensure we have planned preventative maintenance for each piece of kit

• That all statutory checks are in place

• That all statutory follow up works are complete

 

Our management system allows us to view across the portfolio the compliance across these assets and ensure high levels of compliance.

 

We are skilled at cladding remediation works and works with a team of consultants to help process these works and recover costs from developers.
