Assistant Property Manager - Molly Gilligan

Molly Gilligan first started at Carringtons in the late 1980s, having previously worked at the British Library and City University London.

Molly is the Assistant Property Manager and supports Andy with the day-to-day administration of the Carrington portfolio. She frequently meets our customers at their property to discuss property management issues they may have, and is pivotal in arranging contractor attendance for reactive and planned maintenance.

She is always happy to help residents with queries and problems, and of course will be well known to many of you already after such a long time with the company.
