Whilst property management is about understanding buildings, Landlord and Tenant legislation and compliance;  at the heart of this are the Clients, the leaseholders and interpersonal relations.  For us, having a relationship with these key stakeholders is fundamental to the success of our service delivery.  Our view is to enter contracts and sustain them over a period of many years, by doing so, you form a strong understanding of the clients needs and how these can best be addressed and delivered.  Ultimately, we are in this for the long haul, which can be evidenced from many of our contracts which are decades old.
